If 4th lord is well placed one will have many houses and vehicles . If 4th lord is 6, 8 and 12 th one may not own properties or may get many issues while buying property . Also 4th lord in 6th , 8th and 12th is not good for mother. If 4th lord is placed in 10th , one may a work in real estate or related to vehicles .
