4th house

 It is called sugasthana . One of the house used while matching horoscopes for marriage  . It is also for mother , House and Vehicles . If 4th lord is well placed one will have many houses and vehicles . If 4th lord is 6, 8 and 12 th one may not own properties or  may get many issues while buying property  . Also 4th lord in 6th , 8th and 12th is not good for mother. If 4th lord is placed in 10th , one may a work in real estate or related to vehicles . 

Third House

 Third house indicates younger brother or sister, Courage and success . Remember it is one of the upachaya house ( 3, 6,10,11) . Mars or saturn in 3rd house can affect relationship with siblings . If benefic planets are there one will have good relationship with his brother . If 3rd lord is well disposed one will have success in his undertakings . 3rd lord in 6th , 8th and 12th can create vipareetha Raja yoga . Yoga means benefit that we get more than our efforts . Vipareetha raja yoga means benefit that we get because of  others like one gets opportunity to go to abroad because other person is not available . 

Second House

 Second house is about financial status , family, primary education . It is very important while matchind horoscopes for marriage. If the second lord is placed in 5, 9 , 10 , 11 one's financial status will be very good . If second is occupied by benefic planets one will not have scarcity of money . Affliction to second house can affect financially and also family life . If second house is occupied by Saturn , Mars , Rahu , ketu while matching horocope for marriage similar kind of affliction to be there in the partner horocope too  . If the second lord is in 12th one will spend more and may not save money . If second lord is in 6th one will have more debts . 

First House

 First house of the horoscope is nothing but Lagna . Lagna Indicates body and mind . If the lagna is fortified with benefic planets one will reach high position in the life . If the lagna is occupied with malefic there could be serious mental or physical problems . Lord of lagna occupying 6th , 8th and 12th can create problem and can reduce life time . But other planets positions also to be studied before giving life prediction . If lord of lagna occupies lagna or aspecting from 7th will provide good results . Parivathana between lord of lagna and 12th can make one very poor . If lord of lagna is in neecha house it should get neecha banga to give good results .
